I almost done with my first year at Trinity and am heading back to Boulder. Iv had a great first year and suspect that the next three years will only get better. Eating Gluten Free at Trinity has been a challenge and I am planning on being much more forceful with the dining halls next year. However, I will have access to a kitchen so I can make some food myself. Other than that I am simply exctatic about returning to Boulder for the food, family, and friends.
